Are cashback rewards really earned on everything? Yes you will earn cashback rewards from us on everything purchased except for some free items,quizzes and leaflets . We have vetted all merchants and only accept those which offer unrestricted commissions.
How do i know i will receive the cashback? We want your repeat business so we guarantee to honour all payments, you have your consumer rights and can return your goods according to uk dti distance selling regulations that all our merchants have a legal obligation to adhere to. In otherwords if we were to default on payment (which we never do!) you could return your goods for full refund and the commission we make would be removed. If you have any problems with your claim please contact us via email in the first instance - we will always respond with 24 hours. Rest assured over 99% of all claims go through without any problems.
How much cashback reward will I earn? The amount is clearly displayed on each product/merchant page and also in a scroll box at the top of the page.
How is my cashback tracked? Some basic info is provided by the merchant (rest assured no credit card or personal info is divulged) we however also require from you proof of your purchase (refer to your sales receipt) simply fill in the claim form it only takes a minute to complete! Following receipt of your proof of purchase we will immediately update your account (you can log in at anytime to view all your earned cashbacks). NB: The claim form must be filled in the same day as you make your purchase (or the same day as you apply for a financial service in the case of loans and credit cards).
How will I receive payment of my cashback? Payment is made by personal cheque posted to your address once your accumulated total has reached £25. Your name and address will be requested by email once your account reaches this level.
