Availability
All products sold by FonesFonesFones are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock you will be advised within 24 working hours. We also then offer you the oportunity to cancel you order for any item that is out of stock.
Credit/Debit Card Payment
FonesFonesFones guarantee to only debit any credit/debit cards when the goods are ready to be despatched, unless stated otherwise.

In order for us to complete your order we need to collect information for credit check purposes. Information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Any information that is collected at point of ordering by FonesFonesFones (especially email addresses) will not be passed to any third party companies, without your express permission. Our Worldpay payment server uses a digital certificate from Thawte, which is compatible with Netscape, Microsoft and other leading browsers.
Guarantee
All products sold come complete with a 12 months manufacturers guarantee. Additional insurance and/or extended warranty is available on certain products.
Delivery - Mobile Phones
All mobile phones include the cost of delivery within main land UK subsequent to the clearance of relevant details and/or documents. All mobile phone orders will be connected to the network of your choice and then despatched for delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for late delivery due to insufficient or wrong information provided by the customer upon ordering, or delays in the connection process due to insufficent or wrong information provided by the customer upon ordering.
Delivery Times
Courier delivery times are 9.00am 5.00pm Monday to Friday. (Saturday deliveries cannot be guaranteed). All courier deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If any item is currently out of stock we will advise you on an expected delivery date. Should you decide not to wait your order may be cancelled at no cost to you.
Additional Stock Items
Additional items such as accessories supplied free of charge by FonesFonesFones are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute or withdraw them at any time.
Pricing
Unless indicated otherwise all our prices include VAT and delivery. Any cash back, vouchers, free gifts or similar incentives are restricted to one payment or free gift per customer.
Complaints
If for any reason you have a complaint about any aspect of our service we will endeavour to respond to your complaint within 5 working days. We will also advise you of how long it will take to resolve your complaint and we will keep you informed throughout this process.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
